In today’s real estate market, an agent requires more than experience to understand a client’s wishes & desires when purchasing or selling a home. I call myself ‘A Concierge Realtor’ because of my commitment to my clients far exceeds the initial sale or purchase of a property. I believe in the power of relationships & it is my goal to be available to support & enhance the many aspects of the Real Estate experience for my clients.
I have been a full-time licensed Realtor in SW Florida for almost eighteen years. As a licensed Pennsylvania Realtor since 1979, I have always had an avid interest in architecture & real estate. I currently work with Downing-Frye Realty, Inc. & ‘spotlight’ gated communities & other residential communities in Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero & Marco Island. My family realtor connections in Miami Beach also offer opportunities to network & sell in the Greater Miami & Miami Beach area of the state.
I received an undergraduate degree from the College of Design Arts at Drexel University and graduate and doctorate Degrees from the University of Pittsburgh. I also served on the Pennsylvania Governor’s Commission for Children and Families and received a ‘Women of Achievement Award’ in recognition of outstanding community contributions.
I am an active member of the Naples Board of Realtors, the Bonita Estero Association of Realtors, the Art League of Bonita Springs, and the Estero Chamber of Commerce & the Bonita Springs Area Chamber of Commerce Leadership Programs. I am a longterm volunteer with Opera Naples & was ‘Back of The House Chair’ for a number of years. I was also a member of the area Bike Club and Landscape Committee in Shadow Wood At The Brooks.
